      In depth

      Verdict

THE DALEY EXPRESS, a useful sprinter at this level, has come back to form the last twice after some unusually low-key efforts. His latest Doncaster effort just four days ago reads well here and a repeat would put him bang in the firing line. Laith Alareen completed an impressive four-timer last term and didn't run at all badly on his return from an 11-month absence recently and is one to keep an eye on. The veteran of the party, Line Of Reason, should run his race and Heritage may still have further improvement to offer but was a little disappointing when unable to complete a course hat-trick last time. He is still entitled to respect though along with fellow 3-y-o Amplify.
