The short list for the fillies' handicap consists of Theatre Royal, Tuscarora and Starboard Light with the vote going to Theatre Royal. Villarosi has been lightly raced but has shown enough to suggest that her mark could be fair. Tuscarora's best form of last year, including here over seven furlongs last August, would see her competitive, while Theatre Royal is getting closer to the winning target and we reckon that she is not far away from earning some winning brackets. Dancing Storm is running consistently and has proven herself competitive from her current rating, while Starboard Light's Epsom effort last time suggested that her turn is not too far away, so she has to be seriously considered. Didoe is well weighted based on her course and distance win of two years ago and Khyber Knight is not ruled out of a place based on the best of her recent efforts. Overall, though, we will stick with Theatre Royal.
