In depth

Verdict

A competitive field goes to post for this handicap with many in form rivals in opposition including Ettrick Water, Voice Mail and Adobe and we will take a chance on Ettrick Water. The Luca Cumani inmate goes particularly well on fast ground and a reproduction of her latest second behind Ajwaar would make her hard to beat with conditions in her favour. Voice Mail rates the main danger he was a fair fourth behind Alrafid last time but he is hard to win with and for that reason he is opposed on this occasion. Adobe is another in fine form but he gave the impression that the handicapper had caught up with him when third behind Yakimov last time. Of the remainder Wind Chime has dropped to a handy mark and is another that could run well but we are happy to side with the top weight Ettrick Water.
