Verdict

This handicap chase looks a three horse race and although Fealing Real is chasing a rules hat-trick preference is for KING OZZY after his facile success last time out while it would be dangerous to ignore Old Brigade. Up and coming jockey Jimmy Derham is excellent value for his 5lbs claim and that almost negates the pick's penalty for his 11 lengths score at this track over a slightly shorter trip. The form is starting to look good from that contest and he should handle this step up in trip. Fealing Real won between the flags before landing a handicap chase in good style and then going on to score over timber. He only just scrambled home last time but based on his chase success he's still fairly treated and should go close. Old Brigade receives weight from all here and although he as thrown in the odd poor run he looks well-weighted based on the pick of his form. Outside this trio it's hard to make a strong case for any of the others so the vote stays with King Ozzy.
