In depth

Verdict

A wide open affair for this staying handicap but the TEAMtalk selection is Zaggy Lane. The eleven-year-old has been in good form without winning of late and despite top weight he is taken to score with conditions in his favour. Lucky Master looks the main danger as he is thrown in on his best form will go on the ground and he showed signs of a revival when third behind Ibin St James. Master Of Illusion had every chance when unseating his rider five out in a race won by Gunner Welburn at Chepstow. If he reproduces that form he would be a danger to all. Hanover Square was a fair third behind Possible Pardon last time out doing all his best work at the finish and this longer trip should suit. Just Maybe travels well in his races but he does not find much off the bridle and his best form is on faster ground. Joy For Life is proven on this ground and he is well in on his best form and he also runs well fresh so a market move would be significant. Of the remainder Under Wraps is from a yard in form but he has been beset by jumping problems of late. The remainder have been out of form of late and need to improve on there latest efforts to trouble the Judge.
