In depth

Verdict

Vulcan Lane, Apadi and Polar Gunner look the three to concentrate on in this contest and the confident vote is given to Vulcan Lane. The selection hails from the in form Richard Guest yard and has been in fair form of late he was a good second behind Hollows Mist off this mark last time out and need only run up to that mark to score. Apadi rates the main danger he was second behind the selection on his last run and is better off at the weights and although he will not be far away but he basically looks exposed and for that reason he is opposed.Polar Gunner is another worthy of respect on his best form but he was very disappointing last time and although he is returning to a more suitable trip he looks in the handicappers grip. Of the remainder Terrance is from a shrewd yard and should be noted in the market but he has been let down by his jumping of late and for the winner we return to Vulcan Lane.
