This does not look like being the strongest of races, with nothing really standing out apart from Golden Coin. Mark Brisbourne's charge, a dual bumper winner, made a pleasing debut over timber at Haydock in December, more so considering that he had been off since June. He failed to build on that at Southwell next time but most of the opposition here are no great shakes and he should take the beating at the expense of Lord Of Illusion and The Pennys Dropped. The latter hails from the all-conquering Jonjo O'Neill yard but did not impress on his first run over timber at Doncaster and will have to improve a lot to trouble the selection.
