Verdict

Donald McCain does well here but has only three runners today. Theo Gillard’s claim reduces Takingitallin’s burden by 7lb and the top weight will probably try and make all again. She could face competitions for the lead, however, from the likes of Ballinamona Flyer and On The Quiet. Maria Francesca should make a hurdler but might need this. LEGENDS GOLD took a while to warm up last season but won a handicap with authority at Stratford in April and there is likely more to come. She is just preferred to Deadringerforlove, who was biting off more than can she could chew in a Listed race at Punchestown in May having made a winning start over timber at Chepstow.
