Winning point-to-pointer Katie Do gained a surprise victory at Roscommon but there was no fluke about it and she'll make a bold bid to follow up despite a 7lb rise. Bendala Bleu is another winner between the flags and though he's never scored under Rules he's getting closer and has probably found the trip too short in his last two starts. ABARTA has been busy this summer and has scored twice over this trip at Downpatrick. He makes a quick reappearance after a fine run over slightly further at Kilbeggan on Friday and can get back to winning ways. Galboystown Lady ran her best race for a long time in that latter event where she was in the lead at this trip so she's definitely one to keep on the right side.
