In depth

Verdict

Dotties Dilemma could figure in this if on a going day but Of The Hook has his first run for new connections while it's impossible to have much faith in St Gregory at present. Blue Cascade hasn't raced since May and it was roughly the same time when Roseville Cottage won on fast going at Cartmel, though he had finished ahead of Sandy Thomson's gelding at Carlisle earlier. EVERYLASTING couldn't cope with the precise jumping of Peachey Moment at Sedgefield when trying to defy a new mark but faces nothing of that one's calibre here and could recoup losses.
