Verdict

Shallow Hal has been thereabouts this month but hasn’t won on Turf since 2018 while Blazing Hot and Ventura Flame have done all their winning so far over the minimum trip. Iris Dancer looked a shade high in the weights at the end of last term and a chance is taken on stablemate and last year’s winner PEARL OF QATAR. The latter is back on a winning mark having scored again here last summer and Phil Dennis stays loyal.
