Verdict

AP McCoy has come to the meeting for the past two years and started with a winner on both occasions. He looks to have an outstanding chance of the hat-trick on board TOP OF THE GLAS, who would have won by now but for a few errors in his last two races. Brian Ellison also runs Film Director, who showed potential in Irish bumpers though that was back in 2013. Engrossing looks more of a threat as he showed himself more than capable of landing a maiden when splitting much better fancied rivals in what looked a strong novices' race at Doncaster. Winning point-to-pointer Throthethatch looks best of the remainder.
