Verdict

SILVER STEEL returned to form at Musselburgh in January and Richard Ford's charge gets a tentative vote to follow up off only a 3lb higher mark. Soul Angel has gone back up in the weights for finishing second at Kelso last time while Sergeant Pink has failed to figure since beating Alexander Oats 10 lengths over a shorter trip here at the start of the year. Monsoon Music scored at Newcastle last March and has been raised 5lb but hasn't raced since failing to complete at Cartmel in June.
