In depth

Verdict

Imada, a winning bumper and hurdler on this track, makes his chasing debut and this should be his game though he wouldn't want any more rain. DIVINE PORT had won a bumper and scored three times over hurdles before making a successful debut over fences at Carlisle where he carried a big weight to land a handicap. He was returning from a long absence and making his debut for a new yard so further progress should be expected. Fiddlers Bow is mainly consistent at this sort of level but a strike-rate of 1-33 over jumps, with his only victory coming over hurdles, tempers enthusiasm. Winning point-to-pointer Lost Frequency has only had three runs over hurdles and jumping fences should be more to his liking so he could have got in here lightly.
