Verdict

A wide open contest rounds off the card with not much between many of the leading lights, and the principals look to be Harrison Point, Just Fly, Sheriff's Deputy and Nimello and the tentative vote goes to Just Fly. The selection has been in good form on the AW of late without winning but he was a good second behind Grey Pearl last time and with the step up in trip sure to suit he will be hard to beat. Harrison Point rates the main danger he has won his last two races on the AW and returns to turf on a handy mark. He has conditions to suit and he will not be far away. Sherrif's Deputy is another that could go well he was a fair second behind Ofaraby when last seen on the AW and that form has since been franked but he does not win as often as he should and he looks opposable on that basis. Nimello is well in on his best form and his chances would increase if the rains arrived. Of the remainder Photofit is one of the least exposed in the field and is sure to have come on for his debut effort this season so he is worth a cautionary look in the market but for the winner we return to the consistent Just Fly.
