      Verdict

      MOTAKHAYYEL has tasted defeat just once in four career starts. He quickened away from Flashcard at Newmarket two weeks ago and is fancied to confirm the form, despite being 6lb worse off. Rectory Road is a stablemate of the latter and also has a good strike-rate but hasn’t raced since January and is making his debut on Turf. Wings Of Time has won two of his three starts this year and is progressive so can’t be ignored while Beatboxer can probably be excused his run in the Britannia on rain-softened ground having won a competitive handicap at Haydock the time before.
