      Verdict

An interesting handicap to close the day with a number of progressive performers of which AIKEN makes most appeal. Handled in typical Gosden fashion, he continues to improve and his strong-finishing style the last twice indicates the move to a mile and a half will prove ideal. He can complete his hat-trick at the main expense of Audacious, not seen since down the field in late May. He had shown enough previously to be of considerable interest now his yard is back and firing. Masaraat is becoming a solid and reliable handicapper and should also appreciate the increase in trip but has yet to operate on ground with cut. Parlour Games did well to get as close as he did last time over a mile and a quarter and is another who'll definitely be suited by the extra yardage.
