Verdict

KENTFORD GREY LADY is a progressive mare and easily accounted for Violin Davis and Cloudy Spirit in a handicap at Kempton over Christmas. The latter pair re-oppose on better terms here but we're loathe to desert Emma Lavelle's grey, who should have more to offer. Kaffie is also heading in the right direction judged on her latest second to Kells Belle at Sandown and she should stay this longer trip, while Our Girl Salley won a Grade 3 over 2m4f at Leopardstown last month, though this also her first try over 3m. Queens Bay has scope but, like Love Of Tara, appears to have a bit to find at the weights here.
