Verdict

A progressive three-year-old, RUSCELLO will be winning again soon on the evidence of his comeback third at Kempton and it could be today. Ed Walker's charge is preferred to Scatter Dice, thereabouts in both starts this term and Angel Gabrial, who was beaten a head in a lesser grade handicap at Windsor last time. Tahaamah and Mexicali are both winners but haven't raced for over a year and this is tougher than the race Noble Alan won at Thirsk in September. Tinshu finished fourth over a shorter trip in the Winter Derby in March and can compete off a 9lb lower mark back on Turf. She makes more appeal than both Aquilonius and Australia Day if lasting home.
