In depth

Verdict

Tout Seul is progressing with experience and, since he has proven winning form in similar conditions and shapes as though he will appreciate the step up in trip, gets the TEAMtalk vote. Fulke Johnson-Houghton's charge was narrowly denied a hat-trick of wins at Salisbury last time (pair well clear) in a valuable sales event and can gain compensation here under Kieren Fallon. Steelaninch is also on tthe upgrade and should handle these conditions so has place prospects along with Prince Nureyev who is better than the bare form of his most recent start over this course and distance would indicate as the son of Desert King met interference and should cope with underfoot conditions.
