In depth

Verdict

Few of these arrive in good heart or without a question mark or two their name. A good example is LIKE A HURRICANE, who was displaying useful and progressive form until pulling up when nicely supported in a highly competitive handicap at Sandown latest. Alan King has subsequently given his gelding a decent rest and he houses strong claims if back to his previous level. In contrast to most of the field, Lupanar has enjoyed a consistent time of things, highlighted by an excellent effort when runner-up in a large-field hurdle at Wincanton over 2m6f. He should be involved at the business end, whilst Moghaayer and Quickbeam could play a part if delivering their best, which hasn't been the case of late.
