Auspicion made a decent start behind Growl over 6f here in July. That form looks stronger than Deluxe's recent second over 1m at Sandown and Mutasayyid's third at Leicester. Paul Hanagan could have ridden the latter, or Muqtaser, but has instead chosen Roger Varian's other newcomer INTILAAQ. One of Dynaformer's final crop, he's out of French 1000 Guineas winner Torrestrella and has entries in the Royal Lodge and Racing Post Trophy. Akeed Champion is another debutant with plenty of fancy entries so could be useful and he's preferred to Sugar Boy, who is likely to be better over middle-distance next season.
