Verdict

Mazepa has the best form of the sextet for this five-furlong conditions race following wins at Nottingham and, most recently, Newmarket. However, Neville Callaghan's youngster does have to give weight away all round. Richard Hannon's juveniles normally improve with racing so there may be a lot more to come from Windsor winner Rockets 'n Rollers, while other former winners Basserello and Waterline Dancer warrant respect. Marabello has a lot to do on his debut even in receipt of weight.
