Verdict

Stolen Moments can land the finale at the expense of BallaBriggs and Pimbury. The selection looked in need of the run when second to Saunders Road on his seasonal reappearance at Sandown. His only success to date is a bumper at Ayr but with the yard in such great form this relatively lightly raced individual can break his maiden tag over hurdles here. BallaBriggs has some fine form under his belt without getting his head in front. Second on two occasions last term his only disappointment was when down the field in a novice event at Haydock on his latest outing. He comes here fresh and although likely to come on for the outing he is worth noting. Pimbury caught the eye at Wincanton when second to Hills Of Aran last time out. He is only lightly raced and will have come on for the experience, the only down side being that this is a step up in grade and therefore further improvement is required. So for the winner we return to Stolen Moments.
