Theatrical Moment is very highly though of by his trainer and is taken to land this finale at the main expense of Aux Le Bahn, Tazbar, and Procas De Thaix. The selection made it three out of three with a cosy victory on good ground and with similar conditions today, he looks sure to acquit himself well in an open contest. The last four renewals have been won by outsiders so there are few horses in the field that can be discounted, so unexposed horses such as Hazeldene, Crop Walker, and Ruairi cannot be ruled out. A more obvious sort is Procas De Thaix who was only beaten half a length in a valuable bumper at Newbury when last seen and should be there or thereabouts if suited by today's quicker conditions. Carl Llewellyn has some decent bumper horses in the yard and so Three Guesses must hold place claims at least, along with the unbeaten Harry Wood. Tazbar has won three of his four races and whilst this is obviously his hardest task to date, Keith Reveley's five-year-old cannot be ruled out. Aux Le Bahn returned from a lengthy absence to score very cosily at Lingfield so could run a big race as he looks a classy sort. Watch the market for signs of support for any of the outsiders is advised, however for the winner we are happy to return to Alan Swinbank's Theatrical Moment.
