In depth

Verdict

How About It jumped well when landing a beginners' event at Exeter and already looks like making a better chaser than hurdler. But it will probably need an improved effort to give 5lb to CARACCI APACHE (NAP) if Nicky Henderson's charge handles the switch to fences. That's not usually a problem for one from his yard and he was good enough to win a Grade 2 over this trip over hurdles at Doncaster in January. Rolling Maul won three times over hurdles last season and has the size to make a chaser while Spookydooky is another newcomer to note. But Spirit Of Shankly appears to have lost his way and Bally Beaufort will find easier opportunities in the months ahead.
