In depth

Formwatch

Azertyuiop (FR) Good quality French import; won on UK hurdling debut at Wincanton in February when beating Hors La Loi III; likely to improve for that experience and leading fancy here.

Armen (FR) Won Plumpton maiden hurdle easily in February; huge step up in class here.

Castleshane (IRE) Has been beaten in lower grade and likely outsider here.

Dance Director (IRE) Second on hurdling debut at Huntingdon last month; suited by soft ground.

Deferlant (FR) Followed Newbury win with second in Haydock novice handicap; likes soft ground; consistent to date but up in class here.

Fait Le Jojo (FR) Close second to his stable companion Under The Sand at Huntingdon last month and 6lb better off now; suited by soft ground; could go well at a decent price.

Going Global (IRE) Third to St Pirran at Kempton in February, but disappointing at Huntingdon on last start and something to find now.

Jocko Glasses Won Kempton novice event easily in December; beaten behind Bilboa on return visit there in February.

Majlis (IRE) Has a lot to find to figure here on form to date.

Pedro Pete Well beaten runner-up behind Jair Du Cochet at Cheltenham in January, then close third to Under The Sand and Fait Le Jojo at Huntingdon; suited by soft ground; cannot be ruled out.

Shalbeblue (IRE) Still a maiden after four starts; hard to make a case for in this company.

Under The Sand (IRE) Narrow winner at Huntingdon on hurdling debut from Fait Le Jojo and Pedro Pete; worse off at the weights now but some improvement likely; suited by any give underfoot.

Warjan (FR) French import; won on UK debut at Market Rasen last month; fair chance.

Bilboa (FR) French-trained and won two from four in home country; scored smoothly at Kempton last time out in February; undoubtedly a leading contender and will be suited by any give in the ground.
