Grigor Dimitrov is hoping to do better than his Wimbledon semi-final appearance last year and take the title

Andy Murray's excellent form has earned praise from Grigor Dimitrov, who ruined the British No 1's hopes of regaining the Wimbledon title last year.

The Scot will start his bid to win another men singles trophy on Tuesday, taking on Kazakhstan's Mikhail Kukushkin in his opening match.

Dimtrov ended Murray's title defence in the quarter-finals of the 2014 tournament, but admits the world No 3 is returning to south-west London with renewed confidence after an impressive clay-court campaign.

The Bulgarian 11th seed starts his own campaign later today, facing Federico Delbonis in the first round.
