With the line-up for the end-of-season Tour Finals in London complete the final four men go head-to-head for a place in Sunday's showpiece at the Paris Masters.

World No 1 Novak Djokovic ended Andy Murray's 11-match winning streak in straight sets to book his place in the semi-finals against Kei Nishikori who fought hard to beat David Ferrer.

The other semi will be contested by Milos Raonic, who timed his maiden win over Roger Federer to perfection to qualify for the O2, up against Tomas Berdych.

The Czech sealed his spot at the finals where he will be playing for the fifth straight year after rallying to beat Kevin Anderson.

Djokovic beat Murray in straight sets at the Paris Masters

Two-time champion in Paris, Djokovic stayed on track to maintain his position at the top of the rankings with a comfortable 7-5 6-2 victory over eighth-seeded Murray.

The Scot had played 23 matches over the past six weeks and could not prevent the Serb from winning the final five games of the match as fatigue took its toll.

"I'm in the semi-finals now and will just concentrate on tomorrow (Saturday)," said Djokovic, who recently became a father. "I'm here to focus on my tennis and then get back to my family as soon as possible." he added.

Djokovic will next face Japanese trailblazer Nishikori who became the first Asian player to reach the World Tour Finals with a gutsy 3-6 7-6 (7-5) 6-4 win over Spanish fourth seed Ferrer.

The clash is a repeat of the US Open semi-final in which Nishikori surprised the reigning champion in four sets to make history by reaching the final at Flushing Meadows. He also leads the Serb 2-1 in head-to-head meetings.

Meanwhile, Raonic - another headed for London - knocked out Roger Federer with a battling 7-6 (8-6) 7-5 win in the French capital.

The Wimbledon semi-finalist brutally ended Federer's 14-match winning streak and rocked his chances of deposing Djokovic at the top of the rankings by firing down 21 aces.

"I played well throughout the match and served really well so it's a great victory," said Raonic, who now faces Berdych in the semi-finals.

"Considering all the circumstances around it, I think this was the biggest win for me."

Berdych, who won the Bercy tournament on his debut in 2005 - his only Masters title to date - came through a tight contest 6-7 (4-7) 6-4 6-4 in just under three hours against Anderson. It was his 12th victory over the South African in as many meetings.

Berdych is chasing an 11th ATP title and third this year after victories at Rotterdam and Stockholm.

Raonic leads Berdych in their head-to-head series 2-1 and the momentum will be in the Canadian's favour following his impressive win over second-seeded Federer.
