Agnieszka Radwanska: Claimed a seventh straight win
Top seed Agnieszka Radwanska continued her impressive form to reach the semi-finals of the Sydney International.
The world No 4 from Poland, who won the WTA title in Auckland last week, overcame Roberta Vinci 6-4 7-5 for a seventh successive victory ahead of the Australian Open.
Radwanska, who will now face either Li Na or Madison Keys in the last four, said: "So far I feel good, and I'm very happy that I can play good matches, already seven in a row.
"I think this year it's the first time I've played two tournaments before a Slam. I never did that before.
"So far it's good, so I'm happy with my performance. I'm going to keep going."
World No 15 Dominika Cibulkova caused an upset as she toppled third seed Sara Errani 6-2 6-1.
Cibulkova was completely dominant against the French Open finalist, converting five of her six break points and winning 75 per cent of her first serves.
