Verdict

Points winner SPANISH ARCH produced a fine performance on his debut under Rules at Bangor, despite being a trifle keen. He may well have gone close to beating winner Sanduski with a clear run and can open his account today. Easter Day looks the main danger as there was also plenty of promise in his third at Chepstow while newcomer Kings Music has a nice pedigree and should make his mark in time, whatever his fate today. Best of the rest may be recent Chepstow sixth Tempered Steel.
