Verdict

THE SELECTOR is inconsistent but you can say that about most of today's rivals. He finished a long way ahead of Stay In My Heart when just touched off at Fontwell four weeks ago and, only a pound higher, can take advantage of the 16lb he receives from Newton Abbot winner Silent Knight. This quicker surface should suit Kims Quest and she has place claims but the others have a bit to find if they are to get involved.
