SEVEN IS LUCKY gained his first success over timber at Ayr last week with a very convincing success and, as it was a conditionals' event, he escapes a penalty and can go in again. The ground may not be drying out quite quickly enough for Bandanaman but winning point-to-pointer Rathnaroughy was in touch for a long way before fading over 3m at Ffos Las and should be competitive. Peedeeque scored over this trip on fast ground at Doncaster in November and would have made a bold bid to follow up but for late mistakes there last month. He's on the short-list as is Turbolinas, a C&D winner on Boxing Day before a disappointing run when favourite at Catterick. Oscar Romeo makes his handicap debut and is the type to do better.
