Verdict

Cool Athlete has never won on turf and has one of the most inexperienced pilots on board. He generally races over further and could get tapped for speed here. CHAPARRO has been beaten off a mark of 57 on his last four runs but finds himself 1lb higher here, which seems stiff. He hasn't been beaten far on his last three, however, and this looks a good opportunity under the very capable Conor Hogan. Gagnant makes a quick reappearance after a moderate effort at Naas but his best recent run was over this C&D behind Aragorn Icon in June. Rock Of Hope showed enough promise at Roscommon early last month to be made favourite at Wexford but ran poorly and will need to do much better.
