In depth

Verdict

Home Run is upped in class and raised another 10lb by the handicapper in the hope of bringing his winning run to an end. David Pipe's charge may find a sixth straight win beyond him and MR MOLE is just preferred. The latter lost his unbeaten record at Wincanton in November but further progress looks likely on his handicap debut and he gets the nod. Cabimas has the past form to figure and should be sharper after a recent outing on the all-weather but Regal One and Tornado In Milan have something to prove in this grade. Marie Des Anges has won over fences since landing a hurdle race at Worcester last year and has outside claims.
