Verdict

SUPRISE VENDOR won the first round of this Stayers Championship over track and trip last time. Upped 4lb, he can still confirm running with the placed horses Tuscan Gold and Madam Lilibet while Stickleback and Riptide finished further behind. Tuscan Gold should be thereabouts again re-opposing on better terms while Salford Dream ran well over 2m at Redcar a fortnight ago and can also figure. Chevalgris continues his slide down the weights and finished a bit closer last time and Irish raider Point The Toes scored over 2m1f at Carlisle last year.
