Verdict

Soft ground will hold no fears for THE CLYDA ROVER, just beaten off similar marks at Fontwell the last twice. He deserves a change of luck and stays well. Winning hurdler Rannoch Moor is a possible danger if forgiven a poor debut over fences at Southwell, though he has to prove he stays this far. Pacha D'Oudairies usually finds at least one too good but Mr Demister is better than he showed on his comeback at Fakenham and will strip fitter here.
