In depth

Verdict

Final Drive arrived here in great shape and has run two fine races in defeat, the latest from a poor draw behind Golden Sword. The lightly-raced MUFARRH made his debut on the track earlier this month and battled to victory over today's rival Kavango and can confirm the form on just 1lb worse terms. Frankie takes the ride this time and his mount can score again. Atlantic Sport has steadily been winding up and finished with a flourish behind Rakaan last week. He looks ready to win again soon and blinkers should help. Haatheq hasn't been beaten far on his last two starts on turf here but did even better when runner-up to Spring Of Fame on Tapeta last month and looks the main threat though Quick Wit ran very well behind Warsaw two weeks ago and will have come on a bundle for the run.
