Verdict

Selecting a three-year-old with a massive weight in an all-aged handicap hardly seems logical but BONNIE ACCLAMATION carried a big weight to victory over the C&D on Monday with such ease that a 5lb penalty appears unlikely to prevent a follow up. Soft conditions were almost certainly the reason for that success and similar conditions here which should also help. First In Command get competitive but Under Review does his winning on Polytrack and has reached a place once in 14 starts on Turf. Hello Man won this a year ago from a 3lb higher mark when the going was on the soft side. He showed a little bit more dash at Naas last time and looks the main threat to the selection.
