Verdict

HIDDEN IDENTITY sets the standard and is taken to defy a penalty for her win at Bangor last month. She's been well beaten in a handicap at Cheltenham since but won a bumper in testing ground and looks the one to beat here. Dual bumper winner Scholastica should be thereabouts if taking to hurdling and the same applies to Witchesintune while Lady Of Geneva wasn't disgraced on her first start over timber at Towcester and Ridgeway Poppy ran well enough when fourth at Ffos Las. There's not much between Shesa Bear and Barathea Dancer on the Flat and both are worth noting on their hurdling debuts.
