Although Gordon Lord Byron has to be the pick on his overall form, which includes a brilliant victory in the Prix De La Foret at Longchamp last October, he's much better with some give in the ground and was firmly put in his place by DARWIN on fast going at the Curragh last month. He's 8lb better off here but Aidan O'Brien's recruit from Todd Pletcher looked a very high-class performer that day and can confirm the form with him and also third-placed Leitir Mor, who has since been making the pace for Dawn Approach. Bold Thady Quill was also behind and looks held but One Spirit holds a verdict over Gordon Lord Byron and, though returning from a long break, is likely to be tuned up for this.
