This looks a competitive contest by hunter chase standards with plenty arriving in decent form. Elder statesman Coombe Hill has won twice between the flags since beating a subsequent scorer at Wincanton. Ludlow third Foundry Square should be thereabouts if the blinkers have the desired effect. He has Nowurhurlin well behind at Ludlow last spring, though the latter has improved since then. Haydock third Cottage Oak is another to consider and Brunswick Gold retains plenty of ability but PALYPSO DE CREEK (NAP) proved his well-being when dotting up in a three-runner race at Wetherby last month and his overall form under Rules is the best on offer in this.
