Asyad has improved with every run and made the unbeaten My Spirit pull out all the stops at Newbury on her reappearance. She's a nice prospect but the handicapper has put her up 8lb, which seems harsh. Bureau may have found 1m4f a bit far at Newmarket last week and is a consistent filly but Compton Bird and Ghinia look to be too high in the weights and Bright Cecily has been disappointing this year. Guishan may have stamina limitations so this looks a good opportunity for CARNEVALE. Ralph Beckett's filly easily landed a Newbury maiden on only her third start and a mark of 77 seems more than fair.
