Verdict

Jump City dead-heated at Wincanton on his reappearance and has only been raised a couple of pounds. He'll be fancied to continue his progress here as Bally Legend's recent form has been over hurdles, though he did win over track and trip last season off a 5lb lower mark. Lost Legend has plenty to find on his chase form so far but Midnight Sail, Giorgio Quercus and Mentalist are all capable of figuring if fully wound-up and PERSIAN SNOW is particularly interesting. Philip Hobbs' novice looked sure to win when hitting the front at Ascot at the start of the month but lack of condition eventually told and he faded into third. That experience will have taught him plenty and he still looks well treated.
