In depth

Verdict

LITTLE GLENSHEE's five-length second to She Ranks Me in a Listed hurdle at Haydock last week is in a different league to anything achieved by any of today's rivals. Providing she's fully recovered from recent exertions, Lucy Alexander's mount should win this in a hack canter. Lady Gargoyle could be the one for forecast-backers as she ran a little better than the final result suggests at Newcastle last time and appears to be improving with experience. Lady Of Verona was beaten in a three-runner race at Sedgefield last time but should be placed again here and Painted Tail could figure if her Carlisle run has blown away a few cobwebs.
