Verdict

Lord Brendy beat Beeves over track and trip last month with Full Jack further behind. The latter pair re-oppose on revised terms with Full Jack making most appeal 10lb better off. But PURCELL's BRIDGE has been threatening to get his head back on front and finished ahead of Mo Rouge when runner-up at Perth last month. It could be his turn today with Bennys Well upped in class after a second at Sedgefield ahead of the third Generous Chief. Hexham runner-up Big Sound is another taking on tougher opposition as does Buddy Love, third in a novices' handicap at Cheltenham last time.
