In depth

Verdict

Raysrock should take all the beating here with Ballynalty Express and Kandelin both worth noting. Connections of the selection have found an easy opportunity to break his maiden tag. He was a faller on his latest start but is better judged on his second to Logans Run the time before. He looks a ready made winner for the future and in such a poor event he will take some beating. Ballynalty Express is to be judged with caution after his latest two efforts have shown very little in the way of ability. He was good enough to win a point to point in the past but his form this winter has been poor and he would have to raise his game considerably if he was to challenge the selection. Kandelin comes from a yard that warrants respect but once again his form looks poor. His is open to improvement as he is still lightly races but in the context of this race Raysrock will be very difficult to beat.
