In depth

Verdict

Goldboy was a beaten favourite on both starts last year but is likely to do better this season and has to go on the short-list. Some Officer has been gradually making progress and gave King Shabra a fright at Listowel last time while there are a few newcomers to keep an eye on including Just Eile, a full sister to the versatile jumper Profit Margin. SUNSETSTORISE has gradually improved and gave supporters of the strongly fancied Zabana something to think about over hurdles at Sligo a month ago. The winner goes earlier in the day and a big run will be a boost to the chances of Francis Flood's charge, who looks the one to be on.
