Nawamees has been running well on the all-weather circuits this winter but we prefer the chances of STANCE, who should be slightly sharper over obstacles while Silver Sister is also in with a chance. Nawamees returns to the national hunt scene after 483 days away but in the mean time has been keeping fit winning sellers and claimers on the level. Rated at 120 over hurdles before his break he has to be respected. It could be that because of his break Nawamees could be a little rusty over timber which is why Stance has the verdict. Gary Moore's gelding won a competitive hurdle at Sandown on his penultimate effort and wasn't disgraced under a penalty last time. His yard is in good form and he has an excellent record at this track. Silver Sister is rated the same as the selection but her form has not been as strong though the step down into this company may help. Penny Pictures is potentially on good terms here and although not shown anything recently he takes a big step down in class but the one on form in this sphere is Stance.
