A faller last time out at Newcastle Paparaazi is better judged on his fine second on his debut at Ludlow the time before. As long as his confidence is not affected and improving he is short listed to win. Prize Fighter will go off likely favourite as his fourth at Newbury was a fine effort and as it was a competitive race that day he is entitled to improve with this drop in grade. Laconicos has run well on both his hurdle races at Plumpton this season and will win a race at some stage but might have to settle for place money once again here. So for the winner we return to Paparaazi.
